New Beginnings

As I sit here in class playing with the features of our new media site, I realize the vast potential of technology and communication tools to help cast visions for ministry.  Many times, we cast vision within departments or small groups within the larger church and nobody outside those groups experience the vision until it is in full swing.  There are some who are interested in the vision of departments within the church and some who are not.  But what we can do as a community of faith is to establish an avenue where visions are constantly updated and shared among interested parties.  My hope and prayer for the future is that this site and all its feaures will enstill a new excitement within our congregation and the universal church by constantly asking the question "what else can we do in ministry."
